We have mats for you to use. For hygiene purposes we request you to bring your own mat. You can store your mat at the studio for free so you do not need to take it back and forth.
No, we provide all the props.
Absolutely! We encourage you to try different classes and come to class as per your convenience and energy. One day you may want to do an intense Iyengar class and another day you may want to do an aerial yoga class – you have the flexibility to do this.
There are restrictions on certain classes such as Ashtanga Mysore style and Intermediate Iyengar and Vinyasa classes where the teacher will assess your level and allow you into the class. This benefits both the beginner and advanced student.
Yes! In fact you are a perfect candidate for yoga. Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that’s a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to swim in order to take swimming lessons. Yes, absolutely. There is no assumed level of fitness required for the yoga classes and workshops at the breathing room and beginners are most welcome. . Yes, this method of registration allows you to come to different classes and not be restricted to one type of class. One day you can do aerial yoga, the next day you may want to try restorative. In order for this system to work prior registration is necessary. Also, it is helpful for our teachers to know who is attending the class so they can prepare appropriately.
First you must select a class pack of either 12 or 8. After that you go to the schedule, pick a class and register. To attend the class you must register.
The cancellation window is 12 hours. If class is at 8am, you must cancel by 8pm the previous evening.
No, just wear what makes you comfortable, some like baggy clothes, others like form fitting stretchy clothes.
