Our classes support your physical, mental and emotional health through mindful movement and practices. Led by certified instructors, each session is designed to be accessible and adaptive, whether you’re a beginner or returning to the mat after a while.
From yoga to strength and mobility, meditation to breathwork, our classes are more than exercise — they’re a space to slow down, reconnect, and realign from the inside out.

Aerial Yoga
Defy gravity with this fun, full-body workout using a silk hammock. Build strength and flexibility by using your bodyweight for resistance while suspended in the air. Ideal for all levels, it also calms the mind by releasing tension and boosting body awareness.
Foundational Yoga
Focuses on basic yoga postures and breathing exercises to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit. Ideal for beginners and those looking to establish a strong yoga foundation.
Advanced Yoga with Dhirren

Sunrise Yoga

Energy Flow Yoga

Learn by experiential Workshops
Our workshops go beyond theory into real, embodied learning. Rooted in experiential formats, each one is designed to deepen awareness, build practical skills, and spark meaningful change.
These workshops take place occasionally and are not part of the regular class schedule. We offer a variety, including movement-based workshops, nutrition-focused sessions, experience-led formats, and workshops centred on spirituality and deeper knowledge.
Whether it’s a one-day immersion or a weekend series, our workshops are open to all and designed to leave you feeling empowered, connected, and curious.

Nutrition Consultation
Food that supports, not restricts
Wellness isn’t one size fits all, and neither is nutrition. Our personalised consultations are led by Rita Date, the founder of The Breathing Room. She is a certified nutritionist and the author of two books on healing the body through food.
Rita helps you understand your relationship with food and gently guides you toward choices that nourish and energise.
These sessions focus on mindful eating, balance and sustainability. No crash diets, no extremes. Just honest support to help you feel good in your body and mind.
